"Quite well, been tryin' to break in some of the Karayan horses!" She answered with a charming drawl as she stroked the neck of an old-looking green gazelle-horse alike with a horn on the snout. "Takes some doing - but least they ain't the sort to be biting strangers. Who's the new guy?"
"This is Kyon, he's a friend... he's not from around here." He gestured. "This is Karen."
"How ya...oh, shoot! Sorry guys, nearly forgot - it's 'bout time to hose the boys downs!" She waved them off as she ducks around the back.
"Well, there's Bartz over there in garden, and you can have whatever you want at the Cafe, you don't have to pay." He added as he pulled out a sugar cube to hold out to a chocolate-colored horse.
